As a therapist with six years of counseling experience, including extensive work with teens and young adults, finding practical and individualized techniques that provide immediate relief is Sam’s priority. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working from a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach. She received her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Buffalo in 2012, Licensure in 2014.
